Privacy

We collect what we need to run the product you use: your email address, the data you put into the product, and billing records. Our products also log each visit to their websites, recording a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser's user agent and the page that linked you there.

Who else handles your data

Stripe processes card payments, and we never see or store card numbers. Cloudflare hosts our products and stores their data. Resend sends our emails. If a product has a chat assistant, your messages are sent to an AI provider to write the reply: Mistral in France, Infomaniak in Switzerland or, as a fallback, Anthropic in the United States.

Your choices

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing admin@defaultsystems.dev. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or, in the EU or EEA, to your local data protection authority.
