Default Systems

Terms

These terms are between you and Default Systems (ABN 19 660 147 324). They cover every product Default Systems sells, and they are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Subscriptions

You pay in advance for each monthly or yearly period, and payment is handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Default Systems is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

We handle refunds case by case. Email admin@defaultsystems.dev to ask for a refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Use

Do not use our products for anything illegal, try to access other customers' data, or put unreasonable load on our services. We can close accounts that do.

Liability

We provide our products as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using them or from their being unavailable.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we will email you before a significant change takes effect.
